that the form of the haiku directly influenced its content should be obvious. I suspect that the form of the haikus is taken from what my poem alludes to. the pattern is within sunflowers, pine-cones, pineapples, and countless other forms in nature. It is the way the muscle of the heart twists and beats, and it is the path a vortex takes to become a toroid. the path light takes to self refer. who knows its true significance? Maybe the japanese poets of old.
